I actually looked a similar Fleetwood several years ago (a ‘74 or ‘75, white exterior, burgundy roof) and it had that same lush interior, but like this:

I couldn’t afford it at the time, which is a good thing. If I came across the same today I’d have it, and nowhere to put it.

You do need it and its gigantic touquey V8. I have one in my 1950 Ford hence my username and I can confirm it will do very entertaining things including completely removing all semblance of traction from your tires. Now granted my 1950 Ford probably weighs half what that does but still.

Not only do you need it, but you also need to yank that horrid 210 HP engine out and install a new crate small-block , which would give you more power, double the gas mileage, and put out a twentieth as much toxic emissions. Probably the brakes should be upgraded as well.

i drove a rustier version of this same car in 1988-9, with the simple original brown leather interior. I think i need a Dramamine just to remember how it drove on country roads.
